Improving and opening up

The last few days I've been adding links to the left main menu of vided.org. This means anyone can upload video files to be encoded. And view existing videos in the library.

Also, the search routines have been redone, this time all searches are automatically wildcarded. In other words, if you search for "e", you will basicly get all videos listed.... maybe not a future-proof solution, but I can just limit the max number of search hits at a later stage... if the server begins to struggle....
